It’s back! Step into your new year with the courage to keep your mind and body feeling happy and healthy. Mobility for a life online will give you the tools you need to help release physical tension while at the computer and unpack your unconscious movement habits.

Over the course of four 90min workshops we will cover: 

  • Tips on how to set up your space for sustainable movement patterns

  • How to build new movement habits

  • Discover your neutral spine 

  • Mobility exercises for full body release

  • Trigger point exercises for muscle release

  • Meditation and down regulation

  • Resources and weekly accountability homework to support your new habit building

  • Workshop recording available for one month after workshop

Take a moment to breathe as we unpack our unconscious physical patterns, and together create a support structure to build new movement habits.
